“This was shot at Holborn Studios. I’d seen how the ‘Parklife’ video looked, as I knew the director, Pedro Romhanyi, so I went to a hire shop specialising in scenic backdrops and took one of a suburban street, similar to the streets in video. This was my homage to Parklife.” Lawrence Watson
This signed, limited edition, exhibition-grade print shows Blur frontman Damon Albarn in 1995 at the height of Britpop. As Blur shared career-best songs like The Universal, Stereotypes and Charmless Man, and came out on top in the Blur vs Oasis chart war, Albarn took a moment to be photographed by Lawrence Watson for Rockin’ On magazine at Holborn Studios.

Shipping of prints
Print Matters exhibition prints will usually be shipped within 14 working days of the order being placed. We will notify directly if a print of a particular image ordered may take longer for any reason. These prints will be shipped flat in boxes specially designed for the purpose and should not be rolled, as this risks causing damage. The exhibition prints come complete with a label for the reverse of the frame that details the artist’s name, image title, edition number, and other key details.
Our fine art posters are supplied carefully rolled inside sturdy cardboard tubes and are sized to fit off-the-shelf, pre-made frames.
