“Paul’s record label, Go! Discs, bought the Lambretta and commissioned Peter Blake to paint it. The scooter was then on display in Paul’s living room, so my brother and I drove over in a van, picked it up, and took it to Margate for the photoshoot. It didn't have any fuel in the tank, as it would have been a fire hazard in Paul’s house, so we spent a day pushing it around the various locations in Margate. I think Paul gave the scooter away as a charity prize a few years later.” Lawrence Watson
